Exchange Policy

To exchange please send your unworn garments back to:

Please include a note stating what you wish to exchange for and a prepaid post bag (Australian exchanges, Internationals will be issued an invoice via PayPal for reshipment). Sami Swim will process your return within 1-3 business days. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY
Sami Swim will only offer exchange on goods if the garment remain in original condition.. All exchange garments will need to be returned within 7 days of confirmed delivery for Australian customers and 21 days for International customers.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn (undergarments must remain on whilst trying on swimwear), washed or altered and all tags and liners must remain in place. The customer will also have to return the goods they need exchanged secure in the original packaging. 

If the item the customer wants to exchange for is out of stock, the customer will have to wait until the item is back in stock. Please note Sami Swim cannot hold any stock for exchanges. 

 

REFUND POLICY
Sami Swim will only offer a refund if the garment purchased is faulty beyond repair or replacement. 

 

Sale items (Promo's incl.) will not be accepted for refunds or returns.  

 

Sami Swim does not cover return costs, the cost is at the customers expense. Sami Swim recommends always purchasing postage with a tracking number as Sami Swim is not liable for loss of garments being returned.
