If a customer receives an item that does not fit correctly, the customer will be issued with a credit note to use in replacement.

Once Sami Swim receives the goods, a credit note will be issued for the full purchase price (excl. return shipping costs).
The credit note will last 3 months.
Re Ordering with a Credit Note
When the customer wishes to re-order with the credit note, it will go through as a new sale. At the checkout you will enter the code and your credit will be deducted from the total purchase.
All exchanges are subject to item availability. If the item the customer wants to exchange for is out of stock, the customer will have to wait until the item is back in stock or choose a different style or colour way. Please note Sami Swim cannot hold any stock for exchanges.
A refund will only be issued if an item received was faulty beyond repair or replacement.
Sami Swim has the right to refuse any return if it is believed that it has been worn, washed and/ or damaged by the customer.
SALE ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN (incl. promotional periods).
